What is the pay rate? $25.00/hr – $30/hr – plus shift premium for night shift
What will you be doing here?
– Working in a team environment on a production floor
– Perform inspections, adjustments and repairs on production and facilities equipment;
– Install, dismantle and overhaul machinery;
– Analyze mechanical problems and troubleshoot errors and breakdowns;
– Operate machine tools including lathes, drills, grinders, saws, hand tools etc;
– Housekeeping of maintenance area;
– Follow safe operating procedures, wear all required protective gear and adhere to all policies and procedures (health & safety, WHMIS);
– Other duties as assigned.

– Capable of repetitive lifting and standing for long periods of time;
– Production or manufacturing experience is an asset;
* This position is on a continental shift, 12-hour shift. We have positions available on either straight days and straight nights.
7 shifts in a pay period, which equals 84 hours in a two-week period;
Scheduled to work every other weekend;
The hours are from 7 am to 7 pm during on day shift and 7 pm to 7 am during the night shift.

Enthusiastic and motivated individuals;
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed;
Capable of repetitive lifting and standing for long periods of time;
Production or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
